Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions cover how you use JungleBet (junglebet.co) and any account you hold with Jungle Strategic Pty Ltd. Register or place a wager and you accept them in full.

1. Who we are
JungleBet is a registered business name of Jungle Strategic Pty Ltd (ABN 37 663 374 132). Jungle Strategic Pty Ltd holds Sports Bookmaker Licence No. VIC-BM-2022-0543, granted by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), and every wagering contract you enter is made with Jungle Strategic Pty Ltd in Victoria, Australia.
Registered address: 3 Tilba Street, NAROOMA NSW 2546.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, hold the account in your own legal name, and be physically located somewhere that online wagering with an Australian-licensed operator is lawful. The AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth) and the National Consumer Protection Framework require us to confirm your identity and age before you place your first bet, and we may ask for supporting documents at any time afterwards. You also confirm that you are not currently listed on BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register. While you remain on it, we cannot open or operate an account for you.
3. Your account
Each person may hold one account. Keep your login details private; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has gained access, write to support@junglebet.co straight away. We may freeze an account while we look into suspected fraud, collusion, duplicate accounts or any breach of these Terms.
3A. Account misuse and prohibited activity
Your account is for your own personal recreational betting. The following conduct is prohibited and may lead us to suspend, limit, void bets on, or close your account, and to withhold funds connected to the activity:
- Bots — automated betting software, scripts or any non-human placement of bets;
- Arbitrage betting — placing bets to exploit pricing differences rather than betting on genuine outcomes;
- Syndicates — acting on behalf of, or in concert with, a betting group, pool or third party;
- Multi-accounting — opening or operating more than one account, or accounts in another person's name;
- Fraud — using stolen or unauthorised payment details, chargebacks, collusion, money laundering or any deceptive conduct;
- Abuse of promotions — exploiting any product feature, offer or pricing in bad faith.
Where we identify prohibited activity we may report it to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), racing controlling bodies and law enforcement.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
You can fund your account with debit cards, PayID or bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards for gambling, in line with the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023 (Cth). Both the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are $10. We pay withdrawals only to a verified method held in your own name, and charge nothing for deposits or withdrawals. Once your identity is verified we process a withdrawal within one business day; your bank may then need one to three more. We are not a bank and pay no interest on the money you hold with us.
5. Bets & pricing
A bet counts as accepted only once it shows in your bet history with a confirmation. Until that point we may refuse or cap any bet at our discretion. We quote odds as decimals, so your return is your stake times the odds: a $10 bet at 2.50 pays $25, your stake included. Prices move, and the figure that applies is the one confirmed when the bet is accepted. We cannot offer online in-play (live) betting on non-racing sport, since the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits it.
6. Settlement
Markets settle on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If that result is later changed, your bet stands on whatever the result was when it settled. Our Betting Rules set out the full market-by-market detail.
6A. Void bets and palpable errors
We may void a bet and return the stake in a handful of situations: the event is postponed or abandoned and does not finish within 48 hours, unless a market rule says otherwise; there is a palpable error in the price, the entry or the way the market was built; a runner is scratched in a racing market, where rule 4 deductions may apply; or integrity is plainly compromised, for example by suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing. You cannot cancel or change a bet once we have accepted it, so review your slip before you confirm.
6B. Multis and Same Game Multi
If a leg of a standard multi (parlay) is voided, we recalculate the multi as though you never picked that leg. In a Same Game Multi some related outcomes may be restricted, and a voided leg re-prices the whole bet. We show the maximum number of legs and combinations as you build the slip.
6C. Maximum payout
We cap total winnings at AUD 500,000 per customer per day across every market. If your bets would return more than that, we pay the cap.
6D. Promotions and bonus offers
JungleBet does not currently offer welcome bonuses, bonus bets, deposit matches or similar promotional inducements. If promotions are introduced in the future, separate Promotion Terms will apply and will be published before any promotion runs.
7. Responsible gambling
Safer gambling matters to us. At any time you can set deposit limits, pause your account, or self-exclude; see Responsible Gambling and the national BetStop register. 7A. Anti-money laundering & financial crime
We comply fully with the AML/CTF Act 2006 (Cth). We will not take funds that are the proceeds of crime, will not deal with anyone named on terrorism or sanctions lists (AUSTRAC, UN, USA, EU, Australia), and will not accept “structured” deposits arranged to slip under detection thresholds. To enforce this we check source of funds, screen accounts against sanctions databases, watch transactions, block and close offending accounts, and report our suspicions to AUSTRAC. Our AML/CTF, KYC & Source of Funds page has the detail. If you suspect money laundering or the financing of crime, email support@junglebet.co at once.
8. Liability
So far as the law allows, Jungle Strategic Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes any right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be removed.
8A. No guarantees
We promise no particular result, return or win. Any form, statistics or other information we show is there for general interest, not as advice or a tip. Gambling carries risk, and you can lose more than you win.
8B. Refusal and limits
We may refuse, suspend or limit any bet, account or market at our discretion: to manage our risk, to follow the law, to protect integrity, or when we notice signs of gambling harm.
8C. Tax
Any tax on your winnings is your responsibility, under the law of wherever you live. We do not give tax advice.
8D. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, email support@junglebet.co with your account name, the date of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge every complaint within two business days and aim to give a final written response, with our reasons, within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it within 45 days, or you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). Our full Complaints & Dispute Resolution page sets out every avenue, including the regulator, Sport Integrity Australia and the OAIC.
9. Changes & governing law
We may revise these Terms. When a change is significant we post it on junglebet.co. The Terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
9A. Inactivity
Should your account sit idle for 12 months, with no bet, deposit, withdrawal or successful login, we may contact you and handle any leftover balance under the unclaimed-money law that applies.
9B. Severability and entire agreement
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still stands. Together with our Betting Rules and Privacy Policy, they make up the whole agreement between you and Jungle Strategic Pty Ltd.
